Unless stated otherwise all items are new and covered by the manufacturers warranty.

It is our policy at Thomas & Sons RV Supply to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return the merchandise, you can email or fax us at (417) 865-0935 with a copy of your original order. We will issue you an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number that must accompany your return and must be marked on the box. All product for return must be un-installed, and in the original Packaging. Product returned in non-resale able packaging will be subject to a re-packaging fee of up to 20%. Drop-ship items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special Order items are non-returnable. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original order, and must have an RGA number to be accepted for credit.

Your payment is due within 7 days from the end of the auction. For your convenience PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. Shipping costs shown are for the continental United States only (lower 48 states). Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories will need to contact us to get a shipping quote prior to purchasing. We ship UPS Ground, Federal Express and USPS Priority Mail.
