SHIPPING POLICY

You must provide a street address for shipping. Your street address must accept both USPS and common carrier deliveries. Most items usually ship within 1-3 business days unless you choose rush order processing which will ship within 1 business day as per policy at checkout. Some items may take longer to ship including vehicle specific items.

We do offer Rush Order Processing (details available on checkout page) when utilizing Thomas & Sons checkout if you need your item shipped within 1 business day.
Shipping methods apply to contiguous US only and shipping times are calculated by business days M-F excluding holidays. We do not ship to APO or FPO. AK and HI shipping charges are higher, Please email for quote. We reserve the right to use the Carrier of our choice without notice or consent of buyer. We do not guarantee shipping times. All motor freight shipments (certain large items require Motor Freight Truck) must ship to a valid commercial address or a surcharge will apply. All other items can ship to a residential address. Items received via motor freight must be inspected at time of delivery and damages must be noted on BOL at time of delivery. All other claims for damaged goods must be made within 3 working days. Shipping insurance is highly recommended for items valued over $100.

Tracking Your Order: 
Most items we ship are stocked in our warehouse. Some items are shipped from remote warehouses and your order may arrive in separate packages from more than one location. Some vehicle specific items may take longer to ship and may arrive several days after your initial packages have been received. Tracking numbers, when available are sent to the email address you provided upon checkout usually within 48 hours of shipment. Sometimes tracking numbers end up in your spam box so please check there as well. In some instances your item may ship from a remote warehouse in which case your item may arrive before a tracking number becomes available to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase and must have Return Authorization Number (RMA) clearly marked on package and must ship to us at Thomas Sales Inc. 1930 N. Glenstone Ave., Springfield, MO 65803, unless otherwise instructed. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless defective. Defective items will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion. No returns of Appliances, Electrical, LP or Special Order items. No returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use. Shipping charges are not refunded. Vehicle & hitch application specific items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once you submit your order it is processed and fulfillment, via an automated system which begins immediately upon checkout, therefore changes and cancellations after checkout cannot be made online and can only be changed by phoning into us at 417-865-6125. Any special requests or exceptions, if granted are subject to a 5%-25% ($5.00 min.) administrative fee.
Returns will not be accepted without RMA number. Items refused at delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping charges both ways. Items returned to us which are deemed un-returnable, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Certain restrictions apply. This policy effective 01/01/2021.
